Dando cable percussion with 150 mm to 300 mm casing, SPTs, small disturbed, bulk and U100 samples. We bring the rig. Setup at each borehole, chiselling, standing time and day works as required.

Two offers. Cable percussion and trial pitting — we bring the kit. Driller for hire — we operate yours. Logging to BS 5930 and sampling to BS EN ISO 22475. Rates on request. All prices exclude VAT.

Trial pitting and hand digging
Two-man crew for trial pits, hand pits to 1.2 m, services pits and reinstatement. Beaver / breaker pack from us, or bring your own at no plant charge.
Installations
Monitoring wells and pipe, covers, methane taps, casing reductions, bentonite pellets and grouting. You can supply materials or we can.
Digital logs
We log on site with Drillit Logs: samples, in-situ tests, soil description, casing, chiselling, water, installs and plant checks. Labels can be printed on site. You receive a daily borehole record from the same system.
Driller for hire — we run yours
On your cable or window sample plant
Geotechnical companies, and drilling firms with more work than drillers. Put an experienced operator — and a second man if you book one — on your plant. Truck included. You keep the job. We run your kit. We don’t hire out a window sample rig at this moment in time.
